Eastbrooke Welcomes Medicare Mental Health Centre to Mirrabooka Hub

October 29, 2026

Supporting stronger, healthier local communities

Eastbrooke is happy to welcome the Medicare Mental Health Centre to our Health & Community Hub at 8 Sudbury Road, Mirrabooka. This addition helps make essential services even more accessible for people living in Perth’s northern suburbs. The Centre, operated by St John of God Health Care, offers free mental health information, counselling, and support for adults 18 and over. No appointment or referral is needed.

This new service demonstrates Eastbrooke’s ongoing commitment to bringing health, education, government, and community services together in one easy-to-reach place.

A growing community of services

The Mirrabooka Hub already hosts a range of well-known organisations, including:

  • Services Australia
  • Indie School
  • Dome Café
  • Max Solutions
  • Ashley Services
  • Impact Employment Services
  • Greenhouse Education

Together, these organisations make it easy for local residents to find essential services, education, job help, and community support all in one place.

Location makes the difference

Eastbrooke chose 8 Sudbury Road Mirrabooka because it’s central, has great public transport, and offers easy parking. The Hub is right across from the Mirrabooka Bus Station and next to The Square Mirrabooka Shopping Centre, making it easy to reach and a great spot for businesses serving the local area.

Final leasing opportunity available

The Hub is now 97% leased, with just one ground-floor space of 190m² still available.
This is a great chance for a business to join top government, healthcare, education, and community service providers.
